Refund Policy
- Initial Deposit/Advance Payment: The client agrees to pay an initial deposit, which is non-refundable once the project has commenced. If the project is canceled by the client before work has started, a refund of up to 90% of the deposit will be granted, after deducting administrative and processing fees.
- Project Milestones: Refunds for payments made for each milestone will not be provided once work on that milestone has begun. Any dissatisfaction with milestone deliverables must be addressed before moving to the next stage.
- Completed Projects: Once a project is marked as complete, no refunds will be provided. Any requests for revisions or adjustments after project completion will be handled as new tasks and may incur additional costs.
- Technical Issues: If technical issues or delays arise due to the company's fault, partial refunds or credits may be provided based on the project manager's discretion, in cases where the issue significantly affects project delivery.
- Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the relevant event (e.g., milestone delivery or project completion). The company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the specifics of the situation.
Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellation: The client may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. However, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees for work already completed up to the point of cancellation. Any cancellation made after the commencement of work will result in a charge covering the amount of work already done plus an additional 20% cancellation fee.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel the contract if the client fails to provide necessary information, is non-responsive for more than 30 days, or if the company feels that the client is engaging in unethical or illegal activities. In such cases, any funds paid will be retained, and no refunds will be given.
- Delayed or Stalled Projects: If a project is delayed due to the client not providing required content, feedback, or other necessary materials for more than 45 days, the project may be considered canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and additional fees may apply to resume work.
- Third-Party Software or Services: The company is not responsible for the cancellation or refund of any third-party software, hosting services, or domain registrations purchased on behalf of the client. The client must adhere to the individual policies of those third-party providers.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or legal action as per the governing laws.
